We are not a SaaS software company that require you to do the setup yourself and learn a new dashboard.
When you sign up for our AI chatbot service, you will be assigned a project manager. Communication will be via WhatsApp (email communication will also be done for record keeping).
If you would like to make any updates to the AI chatbot, such as:
- adding the AI chatbot to your website,
- or update the knowledge base with new product prices,
- or getting a list of frequently asked questions that the AI chatbot is not trained on
We won’t send you documentation and expect you to figure out the dashboard on your own. We will help you do all of the above.
No, there is no obligation. The free trial is to decrease the risk of you signing up with our paid AI chatbot.
While there is an expectation that companies who get value from the AI chatbot will sign up with the paid package, there is no obligation. This is made clear in our free trial form as well.
After the free trial, the AI chatbot including the training materials etc will be deleted permanently.
Yes you can. We will set this up for you as part of our managed AI chatbot service. However please note that we cannot verify that the name or phone number is valid or acccurate.
(For customers asking why our demo doesn’t have this, we want to allow potential AI chatbot customers like yourself to interact with the AI chatbot without giving a name or phone number. However, this feature can be implemented for your AI chatbot.)
Yes, our system can track the person’s IP address but our AI will not know their name unless they mention it to the AI chatbot. If they do, this information is recorded and tracked.
During the onboarding, our project manager will ask you for a Google document of all the information about your company. This includes FAQs, your prices and anything you’d like to make public on your website.
Kindly note that competitors may also use the AI chatbot to gather information about your company like your pricing.
Yes you can see the chats live on the backend dashboard (after the free trial). Access to the dashboard is a paid package feature. You can jump in if you see the AI chatbot answering a question incorrectly and take over at any time.
As soon as you reply manually, the AI chatbot will stop replying. You can set a 30s timer, such that if the customer asks another question and you go offline, the AI chatbot will take over and continue the conversation.
Yes, you can have access to the dashboard, even on the free trial. However, free trial customers can only access the “conversations” tab because we want to give you the ability to monitor chats and jump in if the AI makes any errors.
You cannot see the AI settings such as the training data unless you are on the paid package.
This is our own AI chatbot, but we are not an AI company. We use OpenAI’s API to power our AI chatbot.

This is a managed AI chatbot service, meaning that we will make changes for you like training the AI. However, if you prefer to do the training, you will receive the logins for the dashboard and backend at login.wizconsultancy.com. We also have pre-recorded training videos for you.

This AI chatbot is not for freelancers or for businesses’ with custom quotations who bid for tenders (as the AI chatbot cannot do custom quotations & negotiations).

- An eCommerce website gets questions about the product. The AI chatbot will answer the questions and send the eCommerce link to customers to buy immediately.
Yes, you can. The integration is simple, all you have to do is to scan a QR generated by our AI chatbot with your WhatsApp on your device.
However, the WhatsApp integration is an additional cost to our company, this is one of WhatsApp’s revenue streams. So unfortunately this is under the paid package only, not under the free trial.
Yes, on our AI chatbot, you can submit either individual URLs (e.g. company.com/prices) or one single domain (e.g. company.com) and our AI will crawl and fetch the data on all the pages automatically.
Yes, we can copy-paste the code snippet for you to start the free trial as long as we have the logins and your company meets our qualification requirements.
Alternatively, if you have a vendor, we can also give instructions that you can forward to them. Integrating the AI chatbot will take less than 10 minutes.
Virtually every website on the internet allows you to add HTML and Javascript code. If your website does not allow it, we will help to check and add the AI chatbot onto your website, even for free trial customers.
If your company is in an industry with custom quotations, our AI chatbot will not be able to help create custom quotes. This is because our AI cannot create documents or negotiate on your behalf.
Say that you are a manufacturing company, such that every order is slightly different due to the complexity of the product.
The AI chatbot will help to answer frequently asked questions that you get. For example, you may have a set of technical PDF documents that you always email to potential customers. But, customers always ask you similar questions as they do not know where to look or miss information.
The AI chatbot will help answer such questions that’s already in technical PDF documents. The AI chatbot will help reply in seconds even if you are stuck in meetings, therefore you saving you time and helping to get customers who would be lost otherwise due to your busy schedule.
If the AI chatbot is on your website, and some is interested, we can have it set up such that:
- a link is given, whereby the customer clicks on it, and goes to WhatsApp immediately, or
- the chatbot asks the customer for their name and phone number, and once the customer gives it, stores it in our database and automatically emails or WhatsApps you the information immediately

One of the criteria is that you must be a registered UEN in Singapore with ACRA.
The full qualification criteria for any free trial is not made public. Kindly note that our consultants will ask you questions to qualify you during the online meeting.

There is no commitment for this free trial. While we hope that you will sign up for our paid hosting package after, there is no commitment for this free trial.
After registering your company name with ACRA, we understand that you want to reserve your domain name as soon as possible.
Our goal is to build trust, and give value first as a free trial, such that you know the quality of our service and fast reply time before you even pay or sign up with us.
There is no obligation to sign up for the paid domain & hosting package after the free trial. In this case, we will shut everything down, including the domain, emails and website hosting.
Unfortunately we cannot transfer any data as we’ve had a few cases where businesses take advantage of our free trial service to then transfer to another hosting provider. Our company takes a loss to build trust with customers who want our paid package after only.

Wiz Consultancy is not a non-profit. The above are free trials. Signing up for a free trial is not a commitment or agreement to sign up for a paid package after the trial period.
However, if a company signs up for a free trial and does not sign up for a paid package after, all data and work will be automatically deleted and is not available for backup.
