By entering this giveaway, you agree to the following:

1. Prize Details

   • This giveaway provides 6 months of SEO services each to two separate winners/companies. Companies must be incorporated in Singapore.

   • The two winning companies cannot be owned by the same individual or entity.

   • The grand prize winner must nominate a friend/company.

   • If the originally tagged friend does not claim their prize, the winner may nominate another friend, but may not claim both prizes for themselves.

   • No individual or company may receive more than 6 months of SEO services from this giveaway.

2. Service Period & Final Deliverable

   • SEO services will begin on the first day of the month following the winner announcement and run for exactly 6 months.

   • At the end of the 6 months, Wiz Consultancy will deliver a before-and-after SEO report summarising results.

   • No free work will be provided beyond the 6-month period.

   • Any continuation of SEO services after the 6 months will be billable at standard rates.

3. Winner Confirmation & Signing

   • Winners and their nominated friends must sign a formal agreement accepting these Terms & Conditions within 72 hours of the winner announcement.

   • Failure to sign within 72 hours will result in forfeiture of the prize, and a new winner will be selected.

4. Monthly Reporting Requirement

   • The winning companies agree to attend a monthly SEO results meeting on the 25th of every month during the 6-month service period.

   • Wiz Consultancy will determine whether each meeting is held via Zoom or in person.

   • Attendance is required to present reports, gather data, and track results.

   • Failure to attend two consecutive monthly meetings without a reschedule that is before the 28th of the month gives Wiz Consultancy the right to pause or terminate services without extension.

5. Public Use of Results & Media

   • By entering and accepting the prize, winners grant Wiz Consultancy the right to publicly showcase all results of the SEO campaign.

   • This includes using the company name, logo, and any audio, video, or photographic material captured during meetings or reporting sessions for marketing or promotional purposes.

   • Wiz Consultancy retains ownership of all proprietary processes, link networks, and internal tools used during the campaign. Deliverables are limited to the final 6-month SEO report.
   • Rights granted to Wiz Consultancy to use company name, logo, and media are perpetual, worldwide, and irrevocable for marketing purposes.”

6. Project Scope & Performance Disclaimer

   • SEO results are not guaranteed. Rankings depend on factors outside our control and may take 6–12 months.

   • All work will follow the agreed scope of services presented at onboarding — nothing more, nothing less.

7. General Rules

   • Each phone number may only be used once for website entries.

   • All contact information provided must be accurate and verifiable.

   • Winners and their nominated friends must reply to the prize notification within 2 days to begin the 72-hour signing period.

   • Wiz Consultancy reserves the right to terminate services if the winner engages in abusive behaviour, provides false information, or damages the company’s reputation. No replacement or compensation will be provided.
   • Wiz Consultancy reserves the right to interpret and enforce these Terms & Conditions. Failure to comply with any requirement may result in forfeiture of the prize without replacement or compensation.
